CROMWELL - On Thursday, Dec. 3, Cromwell Police Department hosted a Tip-a-Cop at the 99 Restaurant in Cromwell to benefit Special Olympics Connecticut. State Rep. Christie Carpino and Officer Bill Kogut (both pictured) set the event up and helped raise over $1,300 for Special Olympics athletes.
